About

Tino Stanković is postdoctoral researcher at the Chair of Design and Product Development of the FMENA. He is involved in teaching and research in product development and engineering design computational support tools, programming and algorithms as well as knowledge and information evolution and management. He has been a visiting researcher at the Technical University of Munich (TUM).He has served on the scientific advisory boards for DESIGN (since 2012), ICED (since 2011) and TMCE (since 2008) conference series. He was reviewer for Shipbuilding (Journal of Naval Institute, Zagreb, Croatia) and Journal of Mechanical Engineering (Thomson Reuters). As participant and researcher he was involved in the Traceability of Engineering Information – TRENIN project funded by EUREKA from 2009-2011 (www.trenin.org). Dr. Stanković has published a number of scientific journal and conference papers, scientific and educational book chapters and industrial reports. His research interests include computational design synthesis, formal languages, product and process formal modelling, multi-objective evolutionary algorithms, grammatical evolution, information evolution and engineering visualisation, complexity and systems thinking. Since 2011 he is a member of the Design Society.
